Got Watchmen on the bbbrain
So here, have some Ozymandias + baby Bubastis

I always got the feeling that Bubastis was the only living thing that Veidt really cared about. Considering she was the first success in his master plans, it does makes sense. But I thought it was kind of cute how Adrian was essentially a cat-lady.

Also, I loved the fact that they didn't explain Bubastis at ALL in the movie. "Hey we're going to give Ozymandias a HUGE MUTANT CAT and we're not going to explain it I don't give a fuck just roll with it"

For the record, lynx kittens are really cute.

Lol srsly, I heard like 8 people in the audience say "what the hell is that?" Had to explain it to my lady-friend.

Also Bubastis was kind of pointless with the space-squid taken out, wasn't she?

Bubastis was pretty pointless, besides distracting Manhattan. It was cool seeing her, though. Maybe they'll provide an explanation in the extended version?

If the space squid is still gone, probably not. Bubastis was the begins of Ozzy's genetic engineering research for creating the squid.

Also, did you see that Watchmen cartoon thing?

I LOVE "Saturday Morning Watchmen"!

The sad thing is, I would totally watch that show religiously if it really existed. I'm not even going to lie.
